PVC Heart - Does Your Heart Skip Beats?

However be aware that some medicines that you can be prescribed from your doctor can actually increase your PVC's or have health risks involved.

When Do people Experience PCV's?

You can have a PCV at any given time with no affects other than feeling your heart skip a a beat or two. Some people can also experience PCV's after taking a deep breath or while laying in bed.

Also it has been reported that you can have an increase of frequency from eating certain foods or from being under stress.

I get an increase in frequency of my heart skipping beats after I drink milk. Within hours or within a day or two I will notice an increase in frequency. Also when I'm stressed I will get more as well. Sometimes I think that I'm not under any unusual stress at the time but later on when I look back I do see that I was.

What you may suspect, or may not know, is that PVC's are very common with people who have panic or anxiety attacks and can be very frightening to the person.

I know, because I've had them for approx. 30 years. I developed panic attacks and PCV's when I was around 12 years old.

Do you get panic attacks? If you do, you may or may not have skipping heart beats while you having an attack. You may just have a racing heart, sweaty hands, feeling of unreality, tightness in your chest, feeling that you may stop breathing, or other symptoms.
